Want to get into IT?
A Swinburne University of Technology offers the Master of Information Technology for those who want to get started in the field. The course provides the knowledge and skills necessary for students to be able to design, develop and maintain complex systems using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
It also includes a general introduction to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and gives students the opportunity to acquire skills in systems security and anti-hacking and in areas such as networks, software development, information systems analysis and others.
To facilitate entry into the job market, students have the opportunity to take part in projects related to the sector for real clients. In addition, students can also sign up for an internship as an elective subject. This is an opportunity to put into practice the knowledge acquired throughout the course.
The program consists of 16 units and lasts two years. To take part, exchange students must have a bachelor's degree in any field and an overall IELTS score of 6.5.

This course offers advanced training and prepares professionals for positions in ICT training, project management, data storage, IT consultancy, network administration, software development and engineering.
